POTENTIAL CAUSES:

First operation seaming roll setting too loose.
First operation seaming roll groove profile worn.
First operation seaming roll groove profile too wide.

SUGGESTED REMEDY:

Tighten first operation seaming roll.
Replace first operation.
Replace first operation seaming roll with a narrower groove profile.
